Matt Holder, MD, MBA
Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder
Dr. Holder serves as the Global Medical Advisor for Special Olympics International. He is the current Executive Director for the American Academy of Developmental Medicine and Dentistry; he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Council on Mental Retardation and Special Olympics of Kentucky, and is a member of the American College of Physician Executives.
Henry Hood, DMD
Chief Clinical Officer / Co-Founder
Dr. Hood is the co-founder and president of the American Academy of Developmental Medicine and Dentistry. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthodontic, Pediatric, and Geriatric Dentistry at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He is co-founder of the Underwood and Lee Clinic, and is a member of the Kentucky Dental Association and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.
Tanyika Wan, RHIT
Chief Administrative Officer
Ms. Wan is the Clinic Manager of the Underwood and Lee Clinic. She is Membership Coordinator for the American Academy of Developmental Medicine and Dentistry. She is registered in health information technology, and is a health information technology consultant. She is a member of the American Health Information Management Association.
Michelle Fiorella, DO, ABIHM
Consultant in Clinical & Behavioral Affairs
Dr. Fiorella is a psychiatrist. She is board-certified in integrative and holistic medicine; and she has, for six years, served as a consultant to the CHYRON Management Corporation on clinical and behavioral issues pertinent to the care of patients with neurodevelopmental disorders and intellectual disabilities.
